Welcome to Matty’s Math and Physics. I offer online tutoring for high school and university students, as well as free materials for topics that students commonly struggle with.
Tutoring Service
My tutoring sessions are done via Google Meet with a shared iPad whiteboard screen. Topics range from grade 9 math to second-year university calculus or physics. I am always happy to cater lessons to how a student prefers to learn. For some, that looks like going through practice questions until they are confident. Other students might prefer to discuss the topic more in-depth in a lesson format. I always offer a free introduction lesson to new students no strings attached.
About Me
I graduated from theoretical physics at the University of Guelph in 2024. Since then, I’ve established an online tutoring service for students in Ontario. For fun, I like to play music, do outdoor activities like climbing, camping, and gardening, and spend time with my cat (named Little Cat), who you might see trying to walk all over my keyboard in our sessions. I plan to return to school to pursue a master’s degree in climate science.
